With judgment of the 12th May 1998 the Hamburg District Court decided, that one through the Ausbringung of a link to another web site, the contents of the conned page where appropriate with has to account. This can be prevented - so the LG - only through that when one distanziert of these contents expressly. For all links on our web site to external web sites is valid: We would like to refer expressly to our not having any influence on the organization and the contents of the conned pages. For this reason we distanzieren expressly of all contents of all pages conned on our web site and their contents do not make us too particular. This declaration is valid for all links lowered on our home page to other web sites.
